I was born and raised in Worcester , Massachusetts, leaving in 2000 to attend Salve Regina University in Newport , Rhode Island . After graduating magna cum laude in 2004, I moved to West Palm Beach, Florida. I returned to New England in 2006, working at a few different office jobs while focusing my energy on following my passion of makeup artistry.

I worked as a receptionist at a center for people with developmental disabilities, and that is where I learned about inner beauty. I thought that if I could bring out a person's outer beauty by applying makeup in such a way that their inner beauty was  reflected, I would be contributing to making the world a better place.
 
My love for makeup lead me to enroll at Arthur Angelo School of Cosmetology, where I completed the Master Esthetics program. I am now a licensed esthetician and have been working as a freelance makeup artist.
 
I was the five year old who got into her mother's makeup, the fifteen year old who went to CVS every week to buy a new beauty product, and the twenty-one year old who did everyone's makeup for nights out. I believe that every person is beautiful, and makeup enhances that beauty.

I am a volunteer makeup artist for the American Cancer Society's Look Good, Feel Better program, where I give classes and demonstrations for women with cancer. I am a member of the Newport Chamber of Commerce, and a MAC Pro member. I frequently take classes and workshops to learn more skills and keep updated on new beauty trends.
